Networking Club

Our meetings are held from 7 to 9 pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month in the upstairs meeting room at Ventana del Sol, 1834 E Oltorf.

We are a group of real estate investors who have formed this group to exchange information and leads. We want to facilitate networking within the real estate investing community in the Austin area.

The club has shown continued success at connecting buyers and sellers to make real estate deals happen. We strongly resist presentations geared at selling a product because our mission is pure networking.

We meet promptly at 7 pm the third Thursday of each month. Supplemental workshops and events will be held throughout the year for an additional fee. We will hold contests and offer prizes during the year for best deal, most creative deal, etc.

Guests may not present deals or send email to the group. Once you have paid your dues, you will be added to the email group and invited to present your deals at the meetings.

Dues are only $65 per year and for an additional $20 your partner or spouse may also join. Renewals are every January, and we will prorate your dues based on when you join ($5 off per month, no prorating for partner/spouse).
